About This Experience

Forget the planned tours and congested tourist traps. Join us on a unique culinary adventure in Porto with Friends. A tour that focuses more on sharing than on giving directions. This is more than just tasting regional cuisine; it's about experiencing the city via its cuisine, its history, and its people. Together, we'll stroll down streets we know well and make stops at locations we truly adore. Small, family-run restaurants where residents converse, dine, and preserve customs. At restaurants where the recipes haven't changed in decades, you may sample Porto's famous delicacies, such as the flavorful and fiery Bifana and the mouthwatering Francesinha. Along the way, we'll also share other classic bites. Always served with regional beverages that complement the flavors and atmosphere. Each destination has a backstory. We'll teach you how these dishes came to represent Porto, introduce you to the individuals who prepare them with passion, and explain what it's like to grow up surrounded by these flavors. Imagine it as a stroll with friends who share a love for Porto's cuisine, culture, and good humor.
